Paneer Frankies

My Elder daughter Saindhavi is very choosy in her food habits.I wanted her to take a complete healthy lunch. So I kept on trying various kinds of combinations which would make her taste buds to work and luckily she loves the wraps and so the paneer.

Added to it the time of preparation of this dish is very less. And need less time of packing too for the lunch. The wraps with the foil wrapped on it attracts any kid.I keep changing the inner stuff and pack the lunch for her.

One of my friend had been asking for recipes which would be a perfect lunch for the kids. These are the very common lunch that we have at home accompanied with little bit of Curd rice.

PROCEDURE:

Make ready all the ingredients needed.Chop the onions, tomatoes finely.Cut the paneer into small pieces. You can also grate the paneer.I love the crunchy taste that it gives.Hence I had added as small cubes.
Heat a pan,Add oil and when the oil gets heated add the cumin seeds.

Then add the chopped onions and saute well
Add ginger garlic paste.
Finally add the chopped tomatoes and saute it well.

Add all the powders and saute well.
Then add the paneer and salt to taste.
Mix the mixture fine and saute it till it turns thick.Don't add water at any stage.

Make chapathi/Roti.For the kids while wrapping just brush the chapathi with ghee.
Keep a portion of it in the centre of the chappathi and wrap it.
finally wrap it using a foil and send it for lunch

A simple paneer frankies,Curd rice and a juice is a perfect lunch for the kids.
